Position Summary
The Office Assistant is a high-impact, multi-functional role that serves as the face of the Lords & Ladies corporate office and a key support across departments. This position combines exceptional customer service and assisting in all areas of the LLSG Office.
This individual will work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive, team-first attitude. Will work closely with the Office Administrator.
Client Services & Office Reception
- Greet all visitors warmly, offer refreshments, and maintain a welcoming office environment.
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Checking office email inquiries within 1 business day.
- Resolve client concerns and service-related questions efficiently and with care.
- Blue Paste & Pink Gel Orders from each salon location
- Archive emails into spreadsheet.
E-Commerce & Online Order Fulfillment
Fulfill, and help the Office Administrator with shipping productsAssist in coordinating in-salon order pickups and communicate with clients as neededAssist in the gift card fulfillment center, willing to pick up more hours seasonallyKeep the ecommerce area clean and organized.Help with marketing transfers when needed.Administrative & Office Operations
Demonstrates flexibility and eagerness to contribute to company-wide initiatives, including projects such as gift cards, data entry, marketing materials, and more.Manage incoming / outgoing mail, deliveries, filing, and general correspondence.Crush and recycle cardboard boxes; maintain clean and organized shared spaces.Coordinate and order lunch when neededMaintain office calendars, birthdays, closures, class schedules, and internal events.Inventory & Logistics
Assist the Office Administrator in classroom setupSet-up for staff meetingsCoordinate ordering and distribution of uniformsCompile local prom / event dates and share with relevant teams.Qualifications & Skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. (e.g., boxes of product, folding chairs).Ability to set up classrooms / meeting spaces.Position may require extended periods of sitting, standing, or moving between office areas.Schedule & Compensation
Part-time : ~25 hours per week. Typical shifts are 8 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM (based on office / education center needs).$15.00 per hourSeasonal : Additional hours may be available during high-demand times (e.g., holidays, gift card fulfillment).Benefits & Time Off
