Include all departments the traveler is open to working in (must be checked on the cover page).

Include all states / regions the traveler is open to (e.g., “Any AZ,” “Any CO,” “Any state”).

Add all shifts the traveler can work.

Start date must align with or closely follow the order start date.

RTO must be listed on the cover page, max 7 days; no RTO in week 1 or on holidays.

Only pre-closed, ready-to-accept candidates should be submitted.

Notify immediately if the traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable.

Speed matters — complete and accurate cover pages help get candidates presented quickly.
