What You'll Do

Our Legal Specialists assist the attorney staff by conducting research, reviewing and summarizing standard agreements and assisting with regulatory filings. In addition, you'll :

• Assist with interpreting statutes, model law, regulations and legal articles
• Respond to inquiries in support of the legal counsel
• Gather information from various business units to assist with state and federal filings
• Participate in various projects to address specific legal related needs / issues
