Digital Communications Specialist

One of TEKsystems' clients, a Large, well-established stable (yet rapidly growing) organization is looking for an IT / Digital Communications Specialist to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for several areas to include Digital Signage, Campaign Monitoring and ServiceNow knowledge articles and Wordpress experience.

The candidate will be responsible for the cleanup and better organization of existing content, scenes, playlists, channels in Stratos Media.

• Create new basic templates to distribute via Canva
• Create How To guides : (adding / removing content via Google Drive; troubleshooting chromebox issues; ordering new / replacement devices, etc)
• Assist with creating and adding / removing companywide and LP content

Also, the candidate will be responsible for Campaign Monitoring.

• Template creation
• Respond to variety of incoming questions / requests
• Create and schedule requested campaigns
• Assist with editing incoming IT news & updates
• Assist with adding and formatting IT content in CM

Additional responsibilities will include the review and publishing of ServiceNow Knowledgebase articles as well as Wordpress to assist with updates to multiple internal websites.

This role is 100% onsite in Birmingham, AL. It starts off as a contract, but can surely progress into an FTE opportunity

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00 / hr.
