Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Project Foreman to lead field operations for marine construction projects. This role involves on-site leadership and light administrative duties such as material ordering, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marine construction crews on-site
• Operate and oversee heavy equipment, barges, and marine techniques
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and the Director of Operations
• Adapt to changing site conditions and solve problems in real time

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
