Role Summary :

The Manufacturing & Design Project Junior Engineer plays a dual-role supporting both project engineering and technical design of modular electrical systems—such as eHouses and Switchracks. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Junior Engineer is responsible for supporting project execution, developing electrical designs, and ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. The role requires close collaboration with the Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Lead, and Drafters.

Team Interactions and Reporting Structure :

• Reports To : Project Manager
• Collaborates With :
• Operations Director : Receives technical guidance and design standards.
• Manufacturing Lead : Supports manufacturing execution and resolves design-related issues during fabrication.
• Drafter(s) : Works together to prepare, review, and revise Issue for Approval (IFA) and Issue for Construction (IFC) drawing packages.
• Manufacturing Team : Provides hands-on engineering support to ensure build quality and adherence to specifications.
