Job descriptionCollaborate with up to 2 advanced practice providers Manage medications and provide patient education for home treatment Refer patients to specialists as appropriate Ensure continuity of care between visits Complete charting and documentation for each patient consultation in the EMR (eClinicalWorks) Participate in peer reviews Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team Deliver care to a culturally and economically diverse patient population Must be licensed to practice in Indiana Board Certification in Family Medicine required Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required Comfortable seeing patients of all ages Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities
Job Description
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Jan 5, 2026. This full-time opportunity features a mix of day and evening shifts Monday through Friday, providing primary care to patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient setting.
