AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately fill the role of Route Supervisor, Full-Time.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assists in the training and development of team members
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Manages Drivers
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries / complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required
