- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and provide personal care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques to ensure client safety.
- Help clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
- Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor or family member.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
