Job Description
Real Estate Owner is seeking an experienced Resident Manager for a luxury rental building in Manhattan. Responsibilities include supervision and training of all building staff, as well as maintaining quality resident relations.
Experience :
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with tenants
- Facilities / Mechanical experience with strong knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Adheres to all regulatory requirements and conducts monthly inspections of all buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with governmental policies and procedures
- Ensures safety standards, safe work practices, and emergency responses are maintained
- Maintains tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure they are in proper working order
