We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to manage plumbing projects, ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes, coordinate teams effectively, and deliver high-quality work on time.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage plumbing projects from start to finish.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians.
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes.
  • Train and mentor staff to improve skills and performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and resolve problems or obstacles promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and best practices.

​ Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Requirements

  • Licensing : Valid plumbing license and required certifications.
  • Experience : 5–10 years in plumbing and management.
  • Leadership : Strong team leadership and communication.
  • Technical Knowledge : Expert in plumbing systems and codes.
  • Project Management : Plan, schedule, and manage budgets.
