Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator
Boca Raton, FL Full-Time | On-Site Compensation : $45,000$50,000 base + commission + annual bonus

What You'll Be Responsible For :
1. Customer Service Excellence
- Be the first point of contact for our customersanswering calls, explaining our services, and delivering an exceptional experience from the start.
2. Dispatch & Schedule Coordination
Dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently while managing updates through our internal scheduling systems. Keep the day running smoothly for both customers and team members.3. Sales Support & Follow-Up
Respond to customer inquiries about proposals, track pending leads, and support the sales team in closing opportunities.4. Project Coordination & Communication
Create and send proposals, maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams, and ensure all project files and documentation are complete and accurate.What You Bring to the Table :
