Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator

Boca Raton, FL Full-Time | On-Site Compensation : $45,000$50,000 base + commission + annual bonus

What You'll Be Responsible For :

1. Customer Service Excellence

  • Be the first point of contact for our customersanswering calls, explaining our services, and delivering an exceptional experience from the start.

2. Dispatch & Schedule Coordination

  • Dispatch technicians to job sites efficiently while managing updates through our internal scheduling systems. Keep the day running smoothly for both customers and team members.
  • 3. Sales Support & Follow-Up

  • Respond to customer inquiries about proposals, track pending leads, and support the sales team in closing opportunities.
  • 4. Project Coordination & Communication

  • Create and send proposals, maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams, and ensure all project files and documentation are complete and accurate.
  • What You Bring to the Table :

  • Strong communication skillsyou're confident, professional, and personable with customers and coworkers.
  • Comfortable using technology to stay organized, track projects, and manage details.
  • A knack for multitasking, prioritizing, and staying calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detailyou don't let things slip through the cracks.
  • Experience in the restoration or service industry is a plus, but a positive attitude and customer-first mindset are non-negotiable.
