We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager who can jump into a fast-paced work environment and bring balance, structure, and support to a growing team. You’ll play a key role in leading day-to-day HR operations while helping guide long-term people strategies.
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes with care and consistency
- Help create and enforce workplace policies that support team success
- Guide managers and employees through performance and growth conversations
- Resolve employee concerns with professionalism and fairness
- Make sure we follow all labor laws and safety rules
- Support company-wide projects that improve workplace culture and efficiency
Human Resources Manager Requirements :
A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar (advanced HR certification is a plus)5+ years in HR, including 3+ years in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settingsStrong understanding of labor laws, safety rules, and compliance practicesComfortable handling both day-to-day HR tasks and big-picture strategyProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Bonus : Bilingual in English and Spanish or Chinese; SHRM or PHR certificationHuman Resources Manager Benefits :
