Warehouse Picker (1st Shift)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting boxes, arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators, and handling products of various sizesfrom small handheld boxes to large machine parts weighing up to 1,000 lbs. You will use lifting equipment and an RF scanner to ensure accurate inventory management and assist with loading and unloading semi-trailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and arrange boxes on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.
• Pick and pack products of various sizes using lifting equipment.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and accuracy.
• Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets.

This is a fully on-site position in a large, open parts distribution center located in Davenport, Iowa. You'll work in a diverse, inclusive team environment focused on quality and attention to detail. Performance is measured by accuracy and quality standards rather than volume. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
