Key Responsibilities :

• Work effectively in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
• Answer phones and perform order entry.
• Conduct phlebotomy and point of care testing under the guidance of a registered nurse.
• Exhibit excellent customer relations skills with patients, visitors, and co-workers.
• Possess the ability to prioritize and make decisions based on patient care needs.
• Assist in the care and safety of all patients, including behavioral health patients.
• Adhere to CHA's policies and procedures in administering treatment.
