Advanced Nurse Educator 8QB/BMTU

• Job Summary Responsible for facilitating the professional role development and growth of nurses and other healthcare personnel at Children's of Alabama.
• Education MSN required with a focus on subspecialty area appropriate for specific position preferred. BSN candidates will be considered but must enroll (within 12 months of accepting position) and complete MSN degree.
• Experience Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (with at least 2 years experience working with specified patient population or pediatric nursing preferred). Good oral and written communication skills.
• Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries Current RN license in the State of Alabama. BLS, PALS, or NRP Instructor Certification National Certification obtained within 2 years Member of Professional Organization
