Are you a finance leader with a passion for financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and strategic decision-making? A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts while overseeing a small but impactful team.

What You'll Do :

• Lead FP&A functions , including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Manage and mentor two direct reports , fostering professional growth and development.
• Develop and implement costing models and financial KPIs to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
