Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary project details.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to ensure accurate estimates.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to maintain competitive and realistic cost estimates.
• Assist in developing project budgets and schedules based on estimates.
• Review and refine estimates based on client feedback and project scope changes.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and project costs for future reference.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings to communicate estimates and project details to stakeholders.
