We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Duties :

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management

Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary

Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry

Accompany clients to appointments and outings

Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support

Monitor client's health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

Requirements :

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field (preferred)

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Excellent communication skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred : Home Health Aides / CNA

CNA or HHA license is preferred

6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide in healthcare (with references)

1-3 years of experience as a Caregiver / Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities)
