A company is looking for an Administrative Specialist to provide remote administrative support to executives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-volume complex calendaring, travel, and expense support for multiple leaders
Learn and utilize internal and external tools for calendar management and support
Partner with leaders for meeting coordination and provide proactive time management recommendations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple executives
2+ years of experience managing calendars, travel, and expenses for executives
Experience with Microsoft Office and prioritizing multiple tasks
Experience exercising judgment and discretion with company policies
Experience with a Customer Relationship Management or ticketing system
