A company is looking for a Retirement Combo Plan Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage full-cycle administration for a book of small DB / DC combo plans
Prepare annual valuation packages and conduct annual nondiscrimination testing for various plans
Maintain proactive client communication and provide guidance on compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of DB and DC retirement plan administration experience, preferably in a TPA environment
Working knowledge of the Datair system preferred
Strong knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations, requirements, and filings
Ability to analyze plan documents and recommend compliance updates
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
