Key Responsibilities
Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
Engage in positive interactions and answer a high volume of customer service calls
Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
Must have a wired Ethernet connection; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
Attendance at a mandatory 4-week intensive training program is required
Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
