We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA ) to join our Residential Group Home team on Bennett House in Wilmington, Delaware,

Work Schedule : Total 16 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and weekends

We are pleased to confirm we can accommodate your new hire notice, allowing you to attend the first four-day, Monday-Thursday orientation schedule, day shift at our Philadelphia location. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for your attendance at new hire orientation.

Some duties would include the following :

• To provide direct care and supervision to participants in the residential group home setting.
• To ensure a safe, healthy, secure and recovery-oriented environment, which promotes growth and development.
• To facilitate participant growth and development toward independence in self-care, daily living, socialization and community integration.
• To participate in the development and implementation of the participants' recovery plans.
