Investment & Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a Investment & Financial Planning Analyst to join their team! This position allows for applicants in Clinton, New Jersey or Manhattan, New York.

Duties :

• Provide support to the Service Experience technology team in managing and executing planning objectives
• Assist and drive strategy and planning activities, including governance tactics and processes in line with the team's defined operating plan / roadmap
• Maintain accurate data in technology financial systems and assist with monthly financial reporting
• Identify gaps within existing processes and recommend solutions to close them
• Support the Planning Lead in maintaining the accuracy of workforce data
• Demonstrate familiarity with IT Portfolio Management, including demand / capacity management and Integrated Planning and Analysis
• Understand the Software / Technology Delivery Life Cycle
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently in front of peers and senior leaders
• Capture, transform, and analyze raw data to draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
