We are seeking skilled electricians to join our team in wiring new commercial buildings. The role involves roughing in conduit and wiring based on plans and prints provided by the general contractor. Responsibilities include terminating wires at switches, circuit breaker panels, and relays, as well as wiring instruments that control power, lighting, and heating units in buildings. You will also provide wiring for air conditioning and refrigeration units while utilizing tools such as power tools, test meters, pipe threaders, and conduit benders.

Responsibilities

• Rough in conduit and wiring new commercial buildings based on plans and prints.

Work Environment

Work as part of a blue-collar electrical contractor team, with 2-4 team members on projects. The work hours are from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM in the Rochester area, focusing on commercial construction projects. The company understands and cares about its team, fostering a respectful and collaborative atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brockport, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00 / hr.
