Summary / Objective

Responsible for quality operations in divisional areas to ensure production lines produce a product that meets customer quality and delivery requirements. This includes but are not limited to : Measuring process performance, investigation, and reporting in support of manufacturing operations.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. The team member may have to lift and / or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to walk large distances (in all local weather conditions) to retrieve / return components is a must.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time hourly position, and hours / days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager. Some Saturdays and overtime are expected.

Travel

Travel to plants in Northern Indiana.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Proven quality assurance and auditing experience in a similar industry preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills preferred.

Work Authorization / Security Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
