Client is implementing a comprehensive customer management and grants tool to enhance collaboration with grantees and external partners
This initiative aims to replace fragmented, manual processes with a unified Salesforce-based system that supports grant lifecycle management, real-time partner collaboration, and enhanced communication tracking.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering a scalable, compliant platform that enables Client to efficiently track grants and communications post-award while providing robust capabilities for document management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.

Technical Expertise

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, with preference for public sector, nonprofit, or grants management environments

Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Public Sector Foundation architecture, data models, and government-specific capabilities

Advanced experience with OmniStudio suite including OmniScript, OmniForms, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures

Strong expertise in Experience Cloud portal development, including partner collaboration workspaces and self-service functionality

Advanced experience with Service Cloud configuration, case management, and workflow automation

Proficient in Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative automation tools

Experience with Marketing Cloud integration for automated communication workflows

Knowledge of Public Sector Foundation's pre-built templates for grant management, program administration, and compliance tracking

Industry Knowledge

Demonstrated experience working in compliance-driven environments (state / federal government preferred)

Understanding of grant management processes, including application review, award administration, and compliance monitoring

Familiarity with government data governance policies and security requirements

Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and vendor management

Experience with government-specific reporting requirements and audit processes

Certifications (Preferred)

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Salesforce Certified Public Sector Solutions Consultant (highly preferred)

OmniStudio Developer Certification (preferred)

Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Certified System Architect (highly preferred)

Public Sector Foundation Specialist credentials
