Position :

Davis Wire is currently seeking Production Workers for our Kent, WA location. These roles have the responsibility to produce and create the many products that the company offers.

Responsibilities :

Operate machinery to draw, coil, and produce various types of wire and wire products

Work with co-workers, supervisors and maintenance to troubleshoot issues with machines or material

Maintain a clean work environment

Be compliant with all safety regulations

Read, understand and follow production schedule

Qualifications :

Must be able to lift / carry at least 75 lbs and push / pull 100 lbs safely

Must have reliable transportation and attendance

Must be able to become certified and operate a forklift safely

Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug / alcohol, and physical screenings

Must be at least 18 years old – due to work environment

Schedule :

12 Days on / 2 days off

1st shift – 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm or

2nd shift – 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm or

3rd shift – 11 : 00pm-7 : 30am

Pay and other information :

$21.00+ / per hour depending on experience with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6 per hour in incentive pay depending on position.
