Construction Manager OSP Inspection Oversight

We're seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to oversee crews of OSP Inspectors supporting active fiber optic deployments in the Columbus, OH market. This is a 100% field-based roleideal for someone who thrives in the field, not behind a desk. The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily inspection activities, ensuring crews are aligned with project timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and project leadership, helping drive accountability and performance across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct OSP inspection crews across fiber deployment projects
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety protocols, and client specifications
• Conduct site walks, verify work quality, and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum
• Provide daily reporting and updates on progress, issues, and resolutions

Pay and Benefits
