You Will :

• Greets and register patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner obtaining complete and pertinent information;
• Creates and maintains weekly Patient Service Representative schedule
• Answers patient questions for scheduling, preps for studies or insurance
• Communicates with Radiologists and referring physicians, addressing any concerns
• Properly address patient, co-workers or vendors complaints
• Trains new employees when needed
