We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and order of a high-end retail environment.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to ensuring a pristine and welcoming space for all customers and staff.

Responsibilities As a Janitorial Specialist, you'll be responsible for a comprehensive range of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, restrooms, and back-of-house areas.

Your main duties will include :

  • Sales Floor & Footwear Areas : Using ladders and a backpack vacuum to dust and / or damp wipe all high surfaces, including HVAC ductwork, fixtures, mannequins, and lighting elements.
  • Thoroughly vacuuming and spot-cleaning turf and tile flooring.
  • Operating an auto-scrubber on concrete floors with a non-abrasive pad and a neutral cleaner.
  • Dust mopping or tack mopping rubber flooring to remove all debris.

Fitting Rooms & Hallways :

  • Vacuuming and spot-cleaning all carpeted areas.
  • Dust mopping or tack mopping rubber flooring.

    • Restrooms :

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all fixtures, including toilets, urinals, partitions, and changing tables.
  • Wiping down vents and exhaust fans.
  • Mopping and sanitizing all flooring surfaces.

    • Back of House (BOH) :

  • Cleaning and sanitizing water fountains and bottle fillers.
  • Dusting HVAC vents, ceiling fans, and wall-mounted oscillating fans.
  • Qualifications Previous experience in commercial or retail cleaning is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual , with a strong work ethic.
  • Physically capable of performing the demands of the job, which include lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods, as well as using ladders and various cleaning equipment.
  • Must be willing to work assigned hours and shifts, which may include early mornings, late nights, and / or weekends.
  • You have to have your own tools and your own transportation.
