Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Details & Responsibilities

8 or 10 hour shifts

No call or weekends required

Start Date ASAP

Credentialing Estimate 1-2 months

Primary Care. Provide standard primary care diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, med management, and some minor procedures such as suturing

Collaborate with other providers. Work with other providers and medical assistants to ensure high standard of care.

Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.

Patient Load Adult population. Approximately 25-30PPD.

Required Qualifications

Active / Unrestricted OR Nurse Practitioner s License

BLS / ACLS Certification

Active / unrestricted DEA
