Job Description :

As a Field Representative you will play a crucial role in our operations by physically participating and managing a field rep team who serve to bring relief to homeowners with damages from fire or water. You will be collecting damaged items from customers' homes, transporting them to our Atlanta warehouse for cleaning, and delivering them back once the cleaning is complete. Your role will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and their items are handled with care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive a company vehicle to customers' homes to collect damaged items.
• Safely load and secure items for transport to the Atlanta warehouse.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of items to and from customer locations.
• Assist in the cleaning and organization of items in the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on collection and delivery times.
• Uphold all safety regulations and traffic laws while driving.
