About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Software Developer to join our innovative team, contributing to the development and enhancement of mission-critical insurance systems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise across the full technology stack, including front-end frameworks (i.e., REACT), data formats like JSON, and backend development with SQL and Azure integrations. Experience with CI / CD workflows and a solid understanding of policy administration platforms is preferred. This role offers the opportunity to build scalable solutions, streamline deployment processes, and support the evolution of technology within the insurance sector. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across front-end, back-end, and SaaS systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies, as needed.
• Assist in the development and management of APIs and data exchange formats using JSON.
• Write efficient SQL queries and manage relational databases.
• Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Integrate applications with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and support existing systems including no code / low code platforms.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
• Build and implement policy administration system core functionality, including but not limited to rating, forms, underwriting rules, dashboards, workflows, and billing / accounting functions.
• Operate within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks to support iterative development and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
• Technical understanding across all of Mission's core systems, ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and accurate.
