Description : This position involves conducting home visits for therapy outpatient services. Periodic office meetings will be required. The average number of patients seen per day is 5-6. Each visit and activity, including documentation and travel, holds a different point value. Contractors will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day, equating to roughly 6-8 points. In the event of low patient census, contractors should reach out to management to discuss potential floating to nearby clinics for hours. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow-Ups. Candidates must understand that there are no guaranteed hours. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of patient appointments. Travel mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. The territory covered includes several surrounding counties. Candidates must be comfortable accepting all patients assigned regardless of distance from previous appointments. Successful candidates must be open to on-call rotations and understand the expectations of productivity points. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
