Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and execute strategies for sourcing qualified talent, utilizing all available resources; career fairs, job boards, social media, internship programs, etc.

Promote, and leverage and maintain all internal recruitment channels, including employee referral program.

Collaborate with leadership staff in identifying talent and develop strategies for critical roles.

Effectively build relationships with field staff.

Create and develop effective job descriptions to attract top talent.

Maintain the organization’s use of recruitment technology and candidate tracking to build the talent community and maintain and easy-to-navigate career page.

Oversee the entire candidate’s interview process, including skill assessments and development of competency-based interview guides.

Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, that include candidate selection, prescreening, offer-letter generation, and onboarding.

Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for hiring, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of related experience.

Construction industry knowledge required.

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

Travel is required, local and overnight.

Bilingual is a plus.
