Are you mechanically inclined, hands-on, and looking for a long-term career in the HVAC industry? GSM Services is seeking a dedicated, safety-conscious, and trainable HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

Job Overview

As an HVAC Installer at GSM Services, you'll be responsible for commercial HVAC installations, adhering to industry standards and company expectations for safety, performance, and quality.

Skill Levels & Responsibilities

Level I : Foundational Installer Skills

• Demonstrate excellent motor and listening skills
• Climb an 8 ft. ladder safely and work with both hands free
• Operate cordless drills and install screw chucks
• Join pipe with #8 x screws and accurately mark / measure using a tape
• Identify split system components :

Condenser, Evaporator, Furnace, Thermostat, Flue, Condensate Lines, Fuel Lines, Refrigerant Lines

Level II : Intermediate Technical Ability

Level III : Advanced Installer / Mechanic Prep
