Job descriptionEstablished patient base ready to grow & expand. Small, Supportive, experienced clinical team A leadership team that actually values clinical autonomy, patient-first care, and work-life balance Valid Ohio Dental Hygienist license Tech-savvy with digital records (including digital x-rays, digital scanner, pano, and photos). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments : Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions. Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care : Prophylaxis Cleanings, Scaling & Root Planing, Polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc. Patient Education : Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques.
