Back Office Medical Assistant

ActALENT Healthcare is seeking a back office medical assistant for our oncology clinic! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for patient care, we want you on our team!

Your Role :

• Assist inpatient care tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and collecting medical histories, with a focus on oncology and colon / rectal patients.
• Support physicians and nurses with clinical duties, including administering injections, coordinating procedures, and assisting during specialized treatments.
• Maintain and organize patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with front office staff and medical teams to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM - No weekends!
