Shift Information :
Variable 8 - 4 : 30 pm or 4 - 10 hour shifts of 7 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm - No Call - Weekend and Holiday Rotation is required
RN Care Manager (13-Week Assignment)
Location : York Hospital – Main Campus, York, Maine
Schedule : 40 hours / week | Variable shifts (8 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM or 7 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM, four 10-hour days)
Duration : 13 weeks
Rotation : Weekend and holiday rotation required | No on-call

Position Summary
We are seeking two experienced Registered Nurse Care Managers for 13-week assignments at our main campus in York, Maine. The RN Care Manager will coordinate concurrent utilization management activities across the hospital and serve as the central liaison between patients, healthcare teams, the organization, and payors throughout the hospital stay.
Key Responsibilities
Education, Licensure & Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
CCM (Certified Case Manager) or ACM (Accredited Case Manager) certification.
