What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity. Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities. Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives as needed to address security-related matters. Follow all site-specific instructions and protocols relevant to the auto industry environment. Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
