Key Responsibilities
Own the P&L for Romania and define a clear roadmap for growth
Analyze market trends, competitors, and user behavior to shape the go-to-market strategy
Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage relationships with local authorities
Required Qualifications
4+ years of iGaming experience (casino or betting), ideally on the operator side
At least 1 year in a Country Manager role in the Gambling sector
Deep understanding of Romanian customer behavior and regulatory framework
Strong commercial and operational mindset with leadership experience
Native Romanian speaker, fluent in English
