A company is looking for a Community Manager to guide the community through its beta phase and ensure a successful launch.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute community engagement and programming during the beta and pre-launch phase
Guide members through a seamless beta experience, ensuring effective onboarding and communication
Operationalize feedback loops between the community and internal teams to inform product decisions
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a community building role, preferably in real estate or with entrepreneurs
Proven success in launching and managing online communities
Experience in leading programs with minimal oversight
Familiarity with community management platforms and marketing tools
Strong project management and prioritization abilities
