We’re currently hiring Companion Caregivers to support older adults throughout North County . In this role, you’ll provide meaningful, one-on-one, non-medical care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
Support with daily routines like grooming, medication reminders, or mobility assistance
Help with errands or provide transportation, if needed
Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or environment

Key Traits :

Reliable and punctual

Friendly, patient, and compassionate

Able to work independently and follow care instructions

Good communicator and attentive to details

Respectful of each client’s privacy, dignity, and lifestyle

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Previous caregiving experience preferred (not required)

Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state requirements)

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration

Must have a valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
