Description

Northumberland County Counseling Services is seeking a highly qualified Adult Psychiatrist or PMHNP with psychiatric certification and prescriptive authority to provide contracted services within our behavioral health program. This position offers flexibility in scheduling while maintaining the highest standards of professional care.

Responsibilities include :

• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for adult patients.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment and medication management plans.
• Providing follow-up care to ensure appropriate therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards.
