Trane in Denver, CO is hiring a Construction Project Manager! The Construction Project Manager is responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects. They lead the project team through all facets of the project and is the established point of contact for stakeholders. The Construction Project Manager manages a portfolio of projects that could contain both smaller and larger multi-building or complex construction projects. Construction Project Manager is knowledgeable on current job market and pricing strategies and has the ability to support sales functions with developing scope.

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Compensation : Base Pay Range : $69,000 to $145,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
