Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in leading training and enablement teams in a technology company

Proven track record of developing successful product training strategies

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Experience with certification program design and management

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with product development teams
