Job Description :

Out-Patient RN with a dynamic personality for building relationships. Very professional witha passion for educating others. Astute clinician that will be responsible for Admissions and will assist with pronouncements discharges and assessments.

Qualifications :

• Licensed RN in the State of Texas- required
• 1 yearsexperience as a RN - preferred
• Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
• Experience in Admissions required
• Effective written and verbal communication
• The ability to travel usingreliable transportation
• Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
