What You’ll Do Own the day-to-day coordination of multiple projects — ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations. Be the go-to liaison between clients, field teams, and vendors, making sure communication flows seamlessly. Anticipate roadblocks, propose solutions, and keep projects moving with confidence. Manage schedules, track milestones, and ensure materials, resources, and people align for success. Support project documentation (contracts, proposals, HubSpot CRM entries, reports). Champion a culture of accountability, quality, and client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For 2+ years in project coordination, operations, or a related field (construction, installations, or sales coordination a plus). Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Tech-savvy with project management tools (Asana, Trello, HubSpot, or similar). Strong communicator who can lead conversations with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial mindset — you don’t just “manage tasks,” you find better ways to get things done. Bonus : Experience in commercial and residential projects, or coordinating material supply and install services.
