Pay & Perks You’ll Actually Want:
Earn $30–$55/hour with our performance-based pay scale
Estimated annual salary: $82,000–$163,000
Full-Time | Shop-Based | Monday – Friday; Rotating Saturday
Multi-Brand Repairs | Modern Diagnostic Tools
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair light duty and heavy-duty trucks, including diesel engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
Work with Cummins, Isuzu, Allison, Detroit, and more
Use advanced diagnostic software and repair tools
Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver top-tier service
Keep thorough repair records and collaborate with your service team
Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced truck mechanic or diesel technician with light duty expertise (heavy duty experience a plus!)
ASE Certified or willing to obtain certifications
Skilled in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair
Organized, dependable, and committed to keeping the shop clean and efficient
Familiar with workflow systems and time management
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
